Eric Labbé is a designer in electronics for an engineering company based in Quebec city. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a Master’s degree in History, and has begun a PhD in Political Philosophy at Laval University. But it is mainly as a citizen he took the initiative to design this blog.
